What should happen to someone who leaves a pet cat alone for weeks without food? What if the pet cannot drive to the store to get anything? Should the pet be allowed to drive in a depleted state where its vision may be affected and it could possibly run over a more valuable pet say a dog? What if the pet was responsible for another pet like a gold fish?

Judge Neil's Advice

Unfortunately your owner doesn't love you anymore. While this may initially be hurtful, it is somewhat understandable. It may have been something you did, maybe like killing the neighbors pet birds or scratching furniture. Regardless, move on.

To answer your second question. Unfortunately the humans do not allow cats to drive. Like many instances in the history of our country groups of its members have been excluded from rights, only to win them after many years of struggles and trepidation. If the humans catch you, they will probably kill you, especially if you crash near a "pet clinic" that happens to be next to a Chinese restaurant.

Any owner (forgive the term) that leaves you with a pet gold fish is probably mentally unstable.
My advice is to run away!!!
