For now what I can say is that I find it highly unlikely that your baby's dad does not love his daughter.  Now he is 19 and he may still feel like a kid himself.  The thought of having to be a dad at 19 is probably very overwhelming.  Once he sees his daughter he will probably change.  What you can do to help is to involve him in the pregnancy.  Have him help pick a name.  Take him to your doctor visits.  Reassure him that he will be a great dad even if you don't fully believe it.
